ReplyDeleteIs there a minimum number of chickens I can have in the city? Boise allows 3 chickens (I'm not sure if they have to be all hens) and wondered if I could do that here?
Thank you for your question. In the City of Jerome, no chickens are allowed at all, which includes poultry and fowl. As of this point, we have not had any input from the public on this policy, either in favor or opposed to chickens in the City. If you have any questions or would like to address this issue before the City Council, please call City Hall at 324-8189 and ask for Micah Austin. Thank you.
