Planning and Zoning Commission To Consider Rezone of Property

The Planning and Zoning Commission meets next Tuesday evening, July 13, at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers located at 100 E Avenue A. The Commission will be considering a request to rezone a parcel of property from Residential 1 (R-1) to Residential Multi-family (R-M) for the purpose of constructing 4-plex townhouses. Public Hearing: to consider a re-zone request from Maple Ridge Development, LLC from Residential-1 (R-1) to R-M (multi-family dwellings and 4-plex townhomes) on that portion known as Phase 2 in Maple Ridge Subdivision, which include Lots 22 through 34 in Block 2; Lots 1 through 20 in Block 3, and Lots 6 through 22 in Block 4, which are located in the NW1/4 of the SW1/4 of Section 17, Township 8 South, Range 17, East of the Boise Meridian, Jerome, Idaho.

4.
