2. Approval: of April 27, 2010 regular meeting minutes

3. Public Hearing: renewal of Karen Kramer’s Special Use Permit allowing an in-home occupation (dog grooming) on that parcel described as Lot 7, Block 4, Hillcrest Subdivision, Jerome Townsite, more commonly known as 237 Mountain View Drive

4. Public Hearing: renewal of Tim Malone’s Special Use Permit allowing four (4) animals on that parcel of land described as Tax 15 Block A-176 Jerome Townsite, more commonly known as 714 S Fillmore

5. Public Hearing: renewal of Jeaneal Chapman’s Special Use Permit allowing an in-home occupation (massage business) on that parcel described as Lot 8, Block A-194, Jerome Townsite, more commonly known as 500 E Avenue A

6. Public Hearing: renewal of Michael Peck, dba Mikey’s Refrigeration, Special Use Permit allowing an in-home occupation (storage of commercial products on property) on that parcel described as Tax 16 of SESW, SW, Section 7, Township 8 South, Range 17 East of the Boise Meridian, more commonly known as 230 16th Avenue East

7. Review of Preliminary Plat: on a parcel of land to be known as Glen Eagle Commercial Subdivision whose legal description is Jerome Unplatted, Tax 43 of NESE, Section 19, Township 8 south, Range 17 East of the Boise Meridian, in Jerome, Idaho, containing 29.888 acres, more or less
