Planning and Zoning Commission To Consider Rezone of Property

The Planning and Zoning Commission meets next Tuesday evening, July 13, at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers located at 100 E Avenue A. The Commission will be considering a request to rezone a parcel of property from Residential 1 (R-1) to Residential Multi-family (R-M) for the purpose of constructing 4-plex townhouses. 2. Approval of June 29, 2010 special meeting minutes

3. Public Hearing: to consider a re-zone request from Maple Ridge Development, LLC from Residential-1 (R-1) to R-M (multi-family dwellings and 4-plex townhomes) on that portion known as Phase 2 in Maple Ridge Subdivision, which include Lots 22 through 34 in Block 2; Lots 1 through 20 in Block 3, and Lots 6 through 22 in Block 4, which are located in the NW1/4 of the SW1/4 of Section 17, Township 8 South, Range 17, East of the Boise Meridian, Jerome, Idaho.

4. Consider request: from Maple Ridge Development, LLC allowing a re-zone from Residential-1 (R-1) to R-M (multi-family dwellings and 4-plex townhomes) on that portion known as Phase 2 in Maple Ridge Subdivision, which include Lots 22 through 34 in Block 2; Lots 1 through 20 in Block 3, and Lots 6 through 22 in Block 4, which are located in the NW1/4 of the SW1/4 of Section 17, Township 8 South, Range 17, East of the Boise Meridian, Jerome, Idaho.

5. Consider recommendation of adopting the amendment to add the “City of Jerome, Idaho Impact Fee Study and Capital Improvements Plans” as an element of the Comprehensive Land Use Plan.
