Public Hearing: a variance request from Leon & Mary Vogel allowing a 15 ft separation (rather than the required 25 ft) between residential driveways on that parcel known as Lots 2 & 3 in Block 6, Jerome Townsite, SE Section 13, Township 8 South, Range 16 East of the Boise Meridian, more commonly known as 204 7th Avenue West
